Care

Respite Care
Carers and those being cared for need a break from time to time. Respite care is a temporary living arrangement at a care home. Respite can vary from a few days to a few weeks. Respite care can also be needed after an operation or hospital stay.

Dementia Care

Whilst Clifton Care Home is not a specialised dementia care home, we do have the ability to look after residents with varying degrees of dementia or Alzheimer disease, which we can assess on a case-by-case basis.

The layout and location of some of our rooms together with our robust safety and security systems puts us in a unique position to consider offering a placement to residents with a variety of specific care needs.

Residential Care
Residential care is for an individual whose needs are low. They may need some assistance with day-to-day tasks such as washing or dressing but don’t require more specialist nursing care.

Palliative Care
Palliative care is for residents who are approaching end of life or for those who are living with an illness that cannot be cured. Our aim is to not only make you as comfortable as possible but to also support you to achieve the best quality of life.
